Our Vintage Apron Pattern Collection
What do you get? Each pattern was hand copied by me and then scanned in and reduced to fit the page. You get clearly typed instructions, scans of original photos and layouts where provided, as well as the following with each pattern:
Each pattern has clearly written labels and marks. Unlike dealing with original vintage patterns, no more wondering if that mark is a stain, tear or critical to garment construction. Each pattern is from an original, rare, vintage apron pattern, and all are well before 1940. You get the style and the look without the price of an original pattern. All totalled nearly $2,000 in their original pricing, you get 20 patterns for a little less than $2.00 each, in a spiral bound, neatly printed format. Mechanical enlargements are priced by the square foot and can cost as little as $6.00 to $15.00. If you're handy, you can reproduce them yourself on 1" square graph paper. It is the perfect gift for the apron lover in your life, costumers, historical re-enactors or those interested in modest or traditional dress and attire. | S P A C E R |

What You Do NOT Get
Please read this VERY IMPORTANT, NOT FINE PRINT!
- THIS IS NOT A HOW TO BOOK FOR BEGINNING SEWERS and assumes the reader has basic sewing skills and knowledge, as did the original pattern writers. There are some helpful hints throughout, but if you are a novice, consider purchasing a beginner's sewing guide with photographs that covers such techniques as gathering, hems, seams, french seams, darts, pleats, etc.
- THESE ARE NOT FULL SIZE PAPER PATTERNS. These are patterns that have been reduced to fit an 8 1/2 x 11" piece of paper and must be re-enlarged by you, either mechanically at your local copy center using a high speed scanner and oversized copier, OR manually by you, using 1" graph paper which can be purchased in 100' rolls on-line. You will still need to have them enlarged enough to read the pattern marks and instructions to manually enlarge them. The cost to enlarge them at your local copy center is very reasonable, usually anywhere from 6-12$ depending on the pattern and they normally charge by the square foot. The cost of a 100' roll of graph paper is about $20.
- THIS IS NOT A DECORATIVE COFFEE TABLE BOOK FULL OF FULL-COLOR PHOTOGRAPHS. In order to keep printing costs down and not pass them onto you, I did NOT fill this book with extras. It is 76 pages of patterns and instructions, spiral bound for easier reproduction of the patterns. It is nicely laid out and pleasing to the eye.
- DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS BOOK, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS AFTER PURCHASE.
- THE PATTERNS IN THIS BOOK HAVE BEEN COPYRIGHTED, ABRIDGED AND IN SOME CASES EDITED BY ME IN THIS COMPILATION AND ARE NOT FOR RESALE OR DISTRIBUTION IN ANY FORMAT.
